Trust unit holders will be happy.
I'm there every day. My bank, pharmacy and lunch are in there.
Granted, I can just take the indoor walkway to Portage Place to get all but the bank, but this was nicely located.
While I don't really shop retail stores there, it's nice for a downtown worker like me to have it as a mall instead of another office building. If we bring in more workers, they'll need more places to shop. We'll see long lines and more disgruntled customers over at Portage Place if they close down the two retail spaces.
What's the plan for the retail aspect? Will it remain the same but just come under new ownership?
