Street names for the first development cell (industry term) of Waverly West have rolled out. Dumb growth deserves dumb street names, apparently. You can read the Free Press op-ed, er, news story, here:

With such laughable absurdities as Hill Grove, Castlebrook, Oak Lawn, and Burbank (no relation to Borebank Street in River Heights--two names that, while also chosen to invoke a sense of bucolic genteelity, differ in that they actually bear some connection to geography and history), it makes me wonder if perhaps the "city planners" used a chart similar to this:
